You have access to entire home, as well as garage parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Other things to note
•Garage parking is provided (up to 2 cars). There is additional street parking as well. Please be sure to observe any city ordinance signs. Out of respect for our neighbors, please avoid blocking the driveway. Any vehicles blocking the driveway, are subject to tow. You will not be reimbursed for towing, should you choose to park illegally.
•Smoking is allowed, outside only. We do ask that cigarette butts are discarded, & not thrown on the ground.

•Third party bookings are prohibited (booking for other people)
✔️Please remove shoes at the door
✔️ Please only use the black makeup towels, for makeup removal. Any linens that are stained, are subject to replacement fees.
✔️ No pets
✔️No smoking inside the property. We will allow smoking outside, AS LONG AS any cigarette butts are discarded properly. If butts are discovered after checkout, a cleaning fee $200 applies (separate from standard cleaning and/or house rules violation fee)
✔️No unregistered guests allowed
✔️No events/parties (reservation will be canceled immediately, without a refund, & the violation fine will be accessed, plus any additional fees associated with party damages or loss of revenue from the party.)
✔️Loss/failure to return the gate opener subject to replacement fee of $150
✔️Please respect check-in & check-out times
✔️Please respect the property's quiet hours (10pm-7am)

✔️We have a security camera on the exterior of the property, that records 24/7… for security and safety. Do not tamper with the doorbell camera; if the doorbell camera is removed or tampered with, a fee of $250 will be accessed, plus any damages to the equipment.
✔️If you have to be removed from the property for any reason, a service fee of $150 applies, in addition to any other applicable fees.
If extra guests, who are not listed on your reservation stay overnight, the reservation will be updated, and you will be charged accordingly.
***$500 fine applies for violation to any of the house rules, as well as the risk of immediate cancellation of reservation, without refund***
